This week, the Kosher Strasbourg team was present at ISM Cologne, the world’s leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks !

What is the purpose of our presence at a trade show?

We appreciate this moment of conviviality to meet our customers and discuss with them the evolution of their Kosher certification project and their impact on the international market. Together, we reflect on the enhancement of the Kosher dimension of their product.

The fairs also allow us to meet producers who are interested in Kosher and wish to have a first approach to the question. We see together how to facilitate their access to the Kosher market and certification.
