Becoming Kosher certified

Kosher Strasbourg's certification guarantees that your products comply with Kosher requirements.

The process for obtaining Kosher certification is as follows : once your certification request has been received, it will be studied by our team. Our rabbis will then perform the audit of your production site.

A contract will eventually be drawn up and specify both the obligations of your establishment and those of Kosher Strasbourg.
