On February 21st, Kosher Strasbourg went to BEYER S.A.S in Pfastatt to oversee the production of Kosher LePessa’h jams.
After resting for 24 hours, all the equipment used in the production of jams was koshered in boiling water.
The raw materials used are all Kosher LePessa’h, allowing the production of quality jam worthy of BEYER S.A.S and suitable for consumption for Pessa’h!
