After a 2-year hiatus, the Égast show, an unmissable gastronomy event in Alsace, has been able to reopen its doors!
The reopening of this show was truly synonymous with a reunion for Kosher Strasbourg and all the players in the gastronomic world, who were able to meet again and discuss projects, new product development strategies, and of course innovation around Kosher.
The Kosher Strasbourg team notably had the opportunity to discuss with many personalities from the field:
- Guillaume GOMEZ, Personal Representative of the President of the Republic for Gastronomy and Food and Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Culinary Diplomacy;
- Chantal WITTMANN, Director of Training in Service and Table Arts at Paris Campus and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Maître d’Hôtel, Service et des Arts de la Table 2011, with whom the KS team has already collaborated a project around tableware at the Synagogue de la Meinau (Strasbourg);
- Cyrille LORHO, Best Cheesemaker in France;
- Pierre BOUERI, mixologist at the Distillerie Massenez, who will spice up Tasty Night, the next evening at the Israelite Consistory of Bas-Rhin which will be held on March 12 (more information: https://www.billetweb.fr/tasty-night )
